Microsoft finally rolled out an update to the Windows 11 Snipping Tool app to Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel.
So in this Windows 11 new snipping tool update, you will get a screen recording feature that will record your pc screen at 30fps.
But it is only available for Windows 11 insiders in the dev channel with the latest Windows update.
After this recording feature in the snipping tool, Windows 11 users will be very happy because, for normal pc screen recording, they don’t need to install any third-party apps like OBS Studio.
How to Get Snipping Tool with Screen Recorder?
Method 1
- You have to be in the Windows 11 insider preview dev channel with the latest Windows update.
- Now Open the Microsoft Store app and go to the library section as shown in the image guide.
- After this, you will see the Get Updates Option in the top right corner click on it if there is any update for the Snipping Tool app it will download and install.
Method 2
- What if you followed the above method and still did not get any update for the Snipping Tool app so follow this Method 2 after Method 1
- You need to download this package to update Snipping Tool app.
- Now right-click on the download file and click on the install option.
- You will see one pop-up screen with the UPDATE button click on it and update to the latest Snipping tool app and get the Record feature in the snipping tool.
Now you have the latest Snipping tool version 11.2211.35.0
